1. Returns for Physical Products
1.1 Initiating a Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase from Mathirsty, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items that were included.
- Include a copy of the purchase invoice or receipt.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
1.2 Conditions for Returns
- Returned products must be in their original, unused condition.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for returns.
- Mathirsty reserves the right to inspect returned items and determine their eligibility for a refund.
1.3 Refunds for Physical Products
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Mathirsty error.
2. Returns for Digital Products
All sales of digital resources on Mathirsty are considered final and nonrefundable. This policy is in place because, unlike physical products, digital files (PDFs, Word Documents, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we encourage you to review product details and ask any questions before making a purchase.

4. Shipping Costs
For returns of physical products, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a Mathirsty error. In such cases, Mathirsty will provide return shipping instructions and cover the associated costs.
